- Who your agreement is with: When you book your holiday your agreement will be with Prestige Country Parks (“Prestige Holiday Lodges”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Please read these terms carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations.
- In these terms, references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred. These terms and conditions include all guests whose bookings have been made via a third party, including but not limited to Booking.com, Air bnb, Hoseasons, TripAdvisor, booking lodges.com, and lodge holiday’s
To book your break:
- There will be a contract between you and Prestige Country Parks, when we send you a booking confirmation. These terms are part of your contract with us. The person making the booking accepts the contract on behalf of all members of your party and is responsible for making sure they accept the contract; and accepts fiscal responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all members of the party. We cannot accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18.
- If you book more than 28 days before the arrival date, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £150 is required to secure the lodge. * If you have booked via a third party your payment will be handled directly by them.
- If you book less than 28 days in advance you must pay the full balance upon booking. * If you have booked via a third party your payment will be handled directly by them.
- The full balance. The full balance is charged to the card used to make the booking 28 days prior to your arrival date. If you wish to make payment using a different card you must contact us prior to this date. * If you have booked via a third party your payment will be handled directly by them.
- Special offers. To claim any special offers, discounts and promotional codes please tell us when you book prior to making a payment. If you do not, we are sorry we cannot honour these. All discounts, special offers and promotional codes are subject to availability.
- Who is in your party. When you receive the online check-in form you need to give the names and ages of everyone in your party. Only those people on your booking can occupy your holiday home and anyone not named on your booking will be asked to leave the park. In these circumstances no refund or compensation will be given. The number of persons in your party must not exceed the specified maximum number of persons as stated on our website for the specific lodge. You must bring ID with you as you may be asked for this on arrival or during your stay.
- VISOR. We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay on a holiday park who is or has been listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this), or anyone who is subject to a Sexual Risk Order, Child Abduction Notice or any similar order, court proceedings or register. By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is or has been on any such register, subject to any such order or otherwise the subject of any such court proceedings.
The price of your holiday and what it includes:
- Prices. All prices are subject to change so could increase or decrease. The most up to date prices for accommodation are on our website. The price confirmed when you book is the purchase price and will not change unless you alter your booking.
- Security deposits. You are required to pay a £200 refundable security deposit in case of any damage to the lodge, any of its contents, the hot tub, or any other damage caused throughout the park. If we need to capture any part of the security deposit, you will be emailed photographic evidence, as well as the cost to rectify the specified damage. The security deposit is created via a third party, namely Charge automation. We do not accept any liability should the deposit take longer than the specified period to return to your account
- Pets. There is a charge per pet. There is a maximum of 2 pets per accommodation, if you would like to make a request for a higher number this is subject to availability. Dogs other than registered assistance dogs are not permitted in non-pet friendly accommodation, and if you do wish to bring a registered assistance dog, supporting documentation to evidence that the dog is a registered assistance dog must be available for inspection prior to and during your holiday. If you are not able to show this, you will be charged the pet fee.
- Cots and highchairs. Travel cots and highchairs may be available subject to availability. You need to request these prior to arrival. A deposit may be required on arrival. Cots can normally only be accommodated in the living area of holiday homes. You will need to bring your own cot linen.
- Hot tubs. “Hot tub” – refers to the Hot tub itself, any removable or internal parts, filtration system and filters, pump, and the lid. Hot tub use is included in the price of your holiday.
RULES FOR THE USE OF HOT TUBS.
Shower with soap and water before entering the hot tub.
Wear appropriate swimwear.
Do not wear suntan lotions, fake tans, or skin creams;
Do not use the hot tub after a heavy meal or under the influence of alcohol, illegal substances, or sedatives;
Do not submerge your head under the water;
Do not exceed 15 minuets’ immersion at a time;
Do not exceed the maximum number of bathers (one person per seat that is present)
Seek medical advice before use if Pregnant, have health problems, or are immunosuppressed;
Supervise all children in and around the hot tub, children under the age of 5 are not permitted to use the hot tub;
Do not take glassware in or around the hot tub; No jumping or diving in the hot tub;
Do not enter the hot tub if the temperature is above 40°C, contact our team via the office number 01759306686 or the emergency number provided;
Do not sit, walk, or lie down on the hot tub cover.
Replace the hot tub cover after every use.
- Damages to the hot tub. Any damages to the hot tubs will be charged for via your security deposit. Should the damages exceed this amount you are liable for the remaining balance. If your stay is less than 5 days and the hot tub requires to be drained during your stay due to misuse you will be charged a minimum of £50.00 from your security deposit for this to be completed. * Please not if the hot tub must be drained, we cannot guarantee the hot tub will be available the same day.
- Should the hot tub require a 24-hour flush through due to misuse after your check-out £75.00 will be deducted from your security deposit to cover the cost of this.
- Hot tubs are used completely at your own risk.
What you need to know before you book:
- Groups. As our parks are family holiday parks, we do not allow “party” groups including stag and hen parties. Family and friends who live at the same address or know each other or who travel together will be considered as making a group booking even if they have made separate bookings. We will only accept group bookings if you tell us about them and give us the names and addresses of everyone in your group before you book. The lead booker for a group is responsible for the conduct of the other members of the group and for ensuring they comply with these terms and conditions. If your behaviour is disruptive to other guests or unacceptable, you will be asked to leave the park and in this event no refund will be given.
- Quiet hours. All our parks operate a quite hours policy, the times for this are 22:00 until 7:00.
- Pets. Most dogs are welcome at our parks in pet friendly accommodation. A maximum of two dogs are permitted per booking. Dogs listed in the Dangerous Dog Act are not Permitted on any of our parks. Please enquire before you book whether other pets are allowed. We accept registered assistance dogs in all our holiday homes and in all areas of our parks. This means that we cannot guarantee we have never had any dogs in any of our accommodation.
When you arrive:
- Numbers in your party: The total number in your party (including children and babies) must not exceed the maximum capacity of the holiday home advertised online.
- Check-in times: We will aim to have your accommodation available from 4pm on your arrival day, however we cannot guarantee this If you think you may arrive after 6pm please let us know. If your accommodation is not occupied by 9am on the day after your arrival day and you have not told us you will be arriving late, we will treat your booking as cancelled and may re-let the accommodation.
When you are on holiday:
- Children. All children must be supervised by parents or another responsible adult throughout the holiday. Where we have events and other facilities available for children these are not childcare facilities and children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times and must be supervised accordingly. Please make sure you always know where your children are.
- No smoking. All of our accommodation is non-smoking, and use of E-cigarettes are not permitted in any accommodation. If you do smoke in your accommodation, you will be required to pay an additional fee of £80 for deep cleaning. It is against the law to smoke in buildings open to the public. E-cigarettes are not permitted in our bar and restaurant.
- Illegal substances. Prestige Country parks operate a zero-tolerance policy surrounding the use and possession of illegal substances anywhere on our parks.
- Pets. Dogs must always be kept on a lead, and under the control of a responsible adult and wear a collar with identity tag. You must clean up after your pet. Pets are only allowed in pet friendly areas of the facilities. If we think your pet is causing a nuisance or damage, you will be required to remove it from the park. If you take a pet into a holiday home which is not booked as pet friendly you will be required to pay an additional fee of £80 for the deep cleaning of the accommodation.
- Barbecues. Barbecues are not permitted anywhere on any of our parks. Anyone observed having a barbecue will have their stay terminated with immediate effect.
- Keys. Should the keys for your holiday home become lost during your stay, there is a charge of £50 from your security deposit.
- Use of your holiday home. We have the right to enter your accommodation for maintenance purposes or in exceptional circumstances and in emergencies.
- Your personal possessions. You are responsible for your personal possessions on park, and/ or in your holiday home and we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of these items. If you leave personal possessions behind at the end of your holiday, we will endeavour to return these items to you, but this is not guaranteed.
- The holiday parks. All our parks are in rural locations so there may be areas of uneven ground, unmade paths, and limited lighting. Please take exceptional care to avoid accidents. Some parks may also have lakes, ponds, and rivers so please make sure you know about these features and supervise children appropriately.
- Your car and other vehicles. You should comply with speed limits, parking, and traffic regulations on park. We try to provide parking next to or near your holiday home, but we cannot guarantee this, please ask at time of booking. Vehicles are brought into the holiday park at your risk, and we are not responsible for loss or damage to these. Quad bikes, segways, hoverboards, electric scooters and similar, any commercial or working vehicles including large vans are not allowed on park. Commercial vehicles will be turned away from the park and in this event no refund will be given. Please note that we only have the facility to charge hybrid and/or electric cars (‘EVs’) at some of our holiday parks. Where EV charging is listed as an available facility at a holiday park, EV charging is permitted using the designated facility at that park, subject to availability at the time of your stay. It is not permitted to charge an EV using the holiday home electricity, or otherwise than at a designated EV charging point, there is a fine of £25.00 per day if you are found to be using the holiday home’s electricity for this.
- Behaviour on park. Our parks are family holiday parks so please ensure your behaviour is not noisy, offensive, or likely to cause any harm or upset to other guests, staff, or property at the holiday park, and is not otherwise inappropriate. If we feel your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate or is disturbing other guests we will ask you to leave the holiday park and no refund will be given.
- Filming and photography. We sometimes have staff and other companies filming or taking photographs on park. We will do all we can to ensure you are not disturbed by this. We cannot accept any responsibility or offer any financial award if you do appear in photographs.
- Entry. We reserve the right to refuse you and your party entry to our holiday parks, or to ask you and your party to leave our holiday parks, if you or any member of your party breaches any of our terms and conditions and you will not receive any refund. We also reserve the right to refuse you and your party entry to our holiday parks, or to ask you and your party to leave our holiday parks, if you or any member of your party has previously been denied entry to or asked to leave any of our holiday parks and in these circumstances you will not receive any refund.
When it is time to leave:
- Departure time. You should leave your accommodation by 10am on the day of departure unless a late check-out had been previously agreed. * *Late check-outs are available for a cost of £20, this takes the check-out time to 1pm. Late check-outs are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to deny a request for this.
- Leaving your holiday home. At the end of your holiday please leave everything in a clean and tidy condition. You will be required to pay for any damage you cause to your holiday home during your stay via the security deposit mentioned in section 9. If the damages exceed the £200 security deposit, you will be liable for the remainder of the balance.
If you need to make a change or cancel your booking:
- Alterations to your booking. Once there is a contract, if you need to make changes to your confirmed booking, you must contact us as soon as possible using our email: reservations@prestigeholidaylodges.com or by calling us on 01759306686. Whilst we will do our best to assist, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to meet your requested change.
- Cancelling your stay. If you wish to cancel your stay prior to 28 days before the arrival date, we can do this. However, it is important to note that the £150.00 deposit is non-refundable. We cannot accept cancellation within 28 days of your arrival, in this instance we are able to move the dates of stay, the full balance must have been paid for a date change to be possible. If there is any increase in price due to this date change, this will be added to the balance.
- Cancellation by us. Very occasionally, we may have to cancel your booking. If we must do so we will tell you as soon as possible and you can choose either to have a full refund, or accept any alternative arrangements offered to you. We will have no further liability to you for this.
Complaints procedure:
Feedback. We want you to enjoy your holiday and create amazing memories, however, if you have an issue or want to talk about your experience, please tell us straight away so we can put things right.
- Before you travel: You can contact our helpful Team who will aim to resolve any issues within 48 hours.
- During your stay: Whilst on your holiday, please let our Team know about any concerns you may have straight away. You will find their contact information on your check-in details, or please visit Reception.
- Returning home: If you remain unhappy after returning from your holiday, please submit your complaint within 14 days to reservations@prestigeholidaylodges.com. We ask for the opportunity to put things right during your stay. If the team are not notified of any problems that you encounter, we reserve the right not to progress your complaint.
Other important information:
- Website accuracy. We have taken all care to make sure our website is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or the results of these. Photographs of accommodation are examples only and furnishings, layout, decoration, and views may vary.
- We are not responsible to you for unforeseen events or matters over which we have no control. Events beyond our control. Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms, we are not responsible for events beyond our control. This means any event beyond our or our suppliers’ control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Examples include war and acts of terrorism (and threat of these), civil war, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease at the travel destination or natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes or weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the travel destination or remain at the travel destination, the act of any government or other national or local authority including port or river authorities, industrial dispute and labour strikes, lock closure, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, unavoidable technical problems with transport, electricity, gas, and all similar events outside our or our supplier’s control.
- Changes to the terms. Prestige Country parks may change these terms from time to time. If we do so, then we will post the updated terms on our website.

- Personal information. We hold all personal details in line with the privacy policy listed on our website. Privacy Policy - Prestige 2023 (prestigecountryparks.co.uk)
